Elvie recovering after Rescue #2 - Saving Elvie

Who Is Elvie?

A woman of substantial means, Elvie found herself in a maze of 5-7 "care" facilities from late November of 2021 to Mid-March 2022.  Active in Texas politics and Pro-Life issues, she was a regular at social events and very active in the leadership of a group she co-founded.  By December, she was unreachable. WHY?
